When we experience any form of trauma in our lives it can show up in any number of ways. Trauma can create an insecurity within us that we find difficult to shift and it can have a detrimental effect on the amount of money we allow ourselves to earn, the relationships that we allow ourselves to have and even the weight we allow ourselves to carry.
By accepting ourselves for all that we’ve been through we can learn to heal the pieces of us that feel damaged by the trauma we’ve experienced and bring those pieces back into our energetic being. What often happens is that trauma causes certain aspects of our being to splinter off energetically and to become whole again, we need to bring those pieces back into us.
The exercise I’m going to take you through does just that. It requires you to view your younger self from your current and old selfs perspective. I don’t want you to re-live any past trauma, I want you to remain completely detached from it.
So please join me as I walk you though an inner child healing technique that I use when needed, with my private clients… I invite you to take a deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and to close your eyes.
